Data collected

Through the ride request: pick-up (or your location, if you choose “Locate me”: its coordinates and a map link), drop-off, the airport option chosen, day and time, number of passengers, children under 12 and bags, whether you carry a bulky item, your name, phone, email and message.

Why

To answer your request and organise your ride. After the ride, a message invites you to leave a Google review; you are free not to answer.

How long

Three years after our last exchange.

Who has access

Only me, and the technical providers that run the website: the host (Cloudflare) and the email service (Brevo).

I have Cloudflare check, on the booking form, that the request comes from a person and not a robot, and I have it count visits without cookies.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, through the website form, under the French Data Protection Act. You may also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr).
