With Taxi Tams, everything is in writing: your request, my approval, your confirmation, then your review.
Your ride, in writing
You send your request
Pick-up, destination, day and time, with no app. It reaches me to be confirmed.
I accept it, or decline it
I check that I am free at that time. If I cannot make it, I tell you.
You get your confirmation
An email confirms the ride, only once I have accepted it. It goes into my calendar: nothing is forgotten.
After the ride, your review
A message invites you to leave a Google review, in ten seconds.
What a booking sets off, as an example

How much is a ride?
The official taxi fare for Tahiti: the pick-up charge, then the rate per km, day or night. Everything is on the Fares page.
How do I leave a review?
After the ride, a message invites you to leave a Google review. It helps other travellers choose.
